A citation was filed against Katelyn Oswald, 18, of 448 N. Jordan Street, Allentown, for speeding. The violation occurred on Nov. 5 at 9:01 p.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.

Criminal mischief

Harassment

Public drunkenness

Criminal charges were filed against Timothy Eckhart, 23, of 168 W Bowmans Road, Lehighton, for simple assault, resisting arrest, institutional vandalism, persistent disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness. The incident occurred on Oct. 30 at 1:38 p.m. in the 400 block of Third Street.

Traffic violation

Criminal charges were filed against Alan Arthofer, 20, of 427 Forge Street, Palmerton, for fleeing or attempting to elude police, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving, careless driving, driving without lights to avoid identification or arrest, driving at safe speed, 3 counts of stop signs and yield signs, and 5 counts of turning movements and required signals. The incident occurred on Oct. 10 at 8:47 p.m.

Vehicle violation

Richard Hoffman, 34, of 190 Little Gap Road, Palmerton, was cited for expired registration. The violation occurred on Nov. 1 at 5:09 p.m. in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.
