Reminder from Jim Thorpe police

Jim Thorpe police are reminding residents to obey parking ordinances at intersections and to especially stay clear of all fire hydrants.

Police said they have received information from fire department officials that many intersections in the borough are becoming congested with parked vehicles which makes it difficult for emergency vehicles to navigate through them.
