Theft of fuel being probed

State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating the theft of fuel from a Schuylkill County location.

Troopers said unknown criminals entered the property of Hatter's Auto Body, located at 181 Molleystown Rd., in Tremont Township, and siphoned about 60 to 80 gallons of fuel from a 2004 Freightliner roll back truck parked at that location. The truck is owned by the body shop.

The incident occurred sometime overnight of Oct. 27-28.
