November 24, 2007 Matt Rizzo carries 32 times for 139 yards and a touchdown to help lead Marian to a 20-0 victory over Minersville to claim the District 11 Class A championship. Rizzo scores on a one-yard run, as does Sean McCarroll. The Colts, coached by Stan Dakosty, open the scoring on McCarroll's three-yard pass to Dave Agosti. Marian's defense allows just 88 total yards to help the program earn its sixth district crown.
