Monroe man facing retail theft count
A Monroe County man is facing a charge of retail theft.
State police at Fern Ridge said Rafael M. Caballero, of Sciota, was charged following an incident at the Weis Market in Chestnuthill Township.
Troopers said on Monday, Nov. 22, about 1:50 p.m. they were called to the market by store security who had Caballero in custody for allegedly trying to leave the store with DVD movies and collector cards without paying for them.
