Boscov employee facing charges

Tiara Nicole Kelly, 23, of Pottsville, is facing retail theft charges as a result of an incident that happened at 8:40 p.m. Nov. 20 at the Boscov's department store in the Fairlane Village Mall, Norweigan Township, Schuylkill County.

State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks said Kelly was an employee at the store at the time, during which time she under-rung $161.65 worth of merchandise in an attempt to deprive the store of the value of the merchandise.
