Man calls cops for hunter on his land
Police in Lehigh County were called for a criminal trespass case on Nov. 19 at 8:39 p.m. when a property owner held a hunter there after the latter trespassed on his land.
Police said the incident happened un Upper Milford Township when a 29-year-old man from Carbondale who had been hunting on public land walked onto the private property.
Police said the victim, a 36-year-old Emmaus resident, approached the hunter and kept him there until police arrived, although he later refused prosecution of the hunter.
