Dog law violation
A Monroe County woman was cited for a dog law violation.
Pocono Mountain Regional police said about 3:05 p.m. on Nov. 21 officers were dispatched to Dorset Road in Coolbaugh Township, for a report of a dog running loose and causing a disburbance. On scene officers located the dog and identified the owner as DeAndrea Reed, 20, of Tobyhanna. She was told the dog needed to be confined to her premises or kept on a leash.
She was cited for confinement of dogs, police said.
