Wanted person found in Schuylkill

A person wanted on three separate warrants was found in Schuylkill County on Friday, Oct. 1.

State police at Frackville said Kameron M. Pylant, 34, of Shenandoah, was found walking along SR 924, near Gold Star Beverage, in Mahanoy Township, about 6:15 p.m. A check revealed Pylant had three active criminal warrants, one from Delaware County and two bench warrants from Schuylkill County.

A further investigation revealed that Pylant was in possession of a small amount of marijuana. He was taken into custody and placed in the county prison in Pottsville on the three warrants. Troopers added that a charge of possession will also be filed against him.
