October 8, 1983 Joe Dunn tosses a pair of touchdown passes to help Marian gain a 21-12 victory over Nativity. Dunn connects with John Miller for an 80-yard touchdown, and later hits Trevor Lawrence with a 26-yard scoring strike. The Colts, coached by Stan Dick, also receive a four-yard TD run from Pat Yorke. Marian's defense, led by Lawrence and Cy Manula, hold Nativity's ground game to minus-14 yards.
