Kresgeville man facing charges

State police at the Lehighton barracks arrested Joseph Anthony Fanesi, 50, of Kresgeville, with receiving stolen property after they were called to a Polk Township business on Oct. 7 at 7:38 p.m.

Police said they were called to the Shell Gas Station parking lot off Rt. 534 and upon arrival learned from a witness that Fanesi was in possession of a stolen ATV. The investigation revealed the vehicle was in fact stolen, resulting in the charges filed against Fanesi. He was also charged with providing false reports to authorities.
