Man is issued summary citation
Lloyd Daniel Thomas of the 4700 block of Donna Drive, New Tripoli, was issued a summary citation for harassment by state police at the Fogelsville barracks after they responded to an incident at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Lynn Township.
Police said Thomas struck James Paul Vucina, also of the 4700 block of Donna Drive, in the forearm with a closed fist during the altercation that took place at 7423 Donna Drive.
