17-year-old facing Schuylkill charges
A 17-year-old boy is facing underage drinking charges after a vehicle he was a passenger in was stopped by state police at the Frackville on Oct. 10 at 2:10 a.m. on SR924 in Frackville for speeding.
Police said the traffic stop was made at the intersection with Catawissa Street, after which time police learned the boy had consumed alcoholic beverages.
