Payloader window sustains damages

State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident whereby a window on a payloader was shot out by gunfire.

The incident happened between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Oct. 2 in the area of Rose Street in Tremont.

Police said the victim is Zeagere Brothers, Middletown.

Police said someone fired at least four shots from a pellet rifle at the windshield of the payloader, causing about $1,000 in damages.
