Luzerne man facing charges
A Luzerne County man is facing charges in Monroe County.
State police at Lehighton said Bryana Neilsen, 20, of West Hazleton, is facing a charge of harassment for an incident that occurred at Deubler's Trailer Park, in Polk Township, on Monday, Oct. 4, about 9 p.m.
Troopers allege that Neilsen threatened Heidi Behling, 30, of Gilbert, at the time and location stated.
