Steve Kocher and Amber Walck
The engagement of Amber Walck of Fairfax, Va., to Steve Kocher, also of Fairfax, has been announced by her parents.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Rod and Cheryl Walck of Lehighton. She is a 2003 graduate of Lehighton Area High School. She graduated from Penn State University in 2007 with a bachelor of science degree in art education.
She is employed as a freelance makeup artist and also works for Customink.com.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Larry and Gail Kocher of Lehighton. He is a 2003 graduate of Lehighton Area High School, and graduated in 2007 from Penn State University with a bachelor of arts degree in integrative arts/communications. He is employed by Customink.com.
A wedding date has been set for Nov. 5, 2011.
