Schuylkill woman facing charges
A Schuylkill County woman is facing a charge of harassment.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said Kim McGovern, 26, of Schuylkill Haven, will be charged for allegedly contacting Anastacio Rodriguez, 41, of Auburn, after she was told to stop contacting him and his wife. The incident occurred about 1:23 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 17.
