Summit Hill man arrested for assault

A Summit Hill man was arrested after an assault allegedly took place at his residence.

According to Summit Hill police, on Oct. 25, at 10:08 p.m., police were called to 404 W. Ludlow St., for a domestic dispute.

At the scene, officers took Jon Lynn, 30, of 404 W. Ludlow St., into custody without incident. He was charged with simple assault and harassment for an alleged assault that occurred.

Lynn was arraigned before District Magistrate Kosciolek and put under $2,500 straight cash bail and sent to Carbon County prison in lieu of bail.
