ATV reported stolen in Schuylkill

An all-terrain vehicle (ATV) was reported stolen in Schuylkill County.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Arthur Heffner, 35, of 215 E. Second Mountain Rd., Pottsville, North Manheim Township, reported his 2004 Yamaha YFZ450 was stolen from the driveway of his home sometime between 5 and 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 26. The ATV is white and red in color.

Troopers also reported investigating another theft incident. Troopers said someone removed the state registration plate from the vehicle of Mark Vandermartin, of Pottsville, while it was parked on a lot at the Hawk Mountain General Store in West Brunswick Township. The plate number is HFR0964. The theft occurred sometime between Monday, Oct. 25, at 5:30 p.m. on 6 a.m. on Tuesday.
