Tamaqua driver facing DUI in Rush
A Tamaqua driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) in Rush Township.
Township police said Kevin O. Leibensperger, 46, was stopped along SR54 about 12:47 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 4. He was found to be under the influence and taken to the township office for a breath test. The test revealed a .29BAC.
