The Colts' Billy Donovan intercepts a pass on the Panthers' final drive to put the finishing touches on the victory. The winners, coached by Wink Gallagher, score both their touchdowns in the first quarter. Bob Bonner blocks a punt and recovers the ball in the end zone for one score while Tony Rose hits paydirt on a four-yard run.
