Lehigh driver facing DUI count

A Lehigh County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occurred about 11:40 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 13, along Weilers Road at Creamery Road, in Lower Macungie Township.

State police at Fogelsville said Peter Fabry 41, of 400 block of Arrowhead Lane, Breinigsville, was stopped for speeding. During the stop Fabry exhibited signs of intoxication and was arrested for DUI, troopers said.
