Palmerton board approves coaches and salaries

Palmerton Area School Board on Tuesday approved the following extracurricular positions per the negotiated contract for the 2010-11 school year:

- Ralph Andrews, assistant girls basketball coach, $3,788.

- Daniele Schneider, head tennis coach, $2,288.

- Jerry Kossyk, assistant varsity softball coach, $2,498.

- Kenneth Adcox, assistant softball coach, volunteer.

- James Shafer, cross country coach, volunteer.
