Student cited at Palmerton school
A student has been cited for an incident at the Palmerton Area High School in Lower Towamensing Township, involving a teacher.
State police at Lehighton said a 16-year-old male was cited for disorderly conduct for using vulgar and obscene language toward teacher Darlene M. Mack, 61, while being in detention at the school.
The incident occurred about 2:20 p.m. on Sept. 17, troopers said.
