Lehigh man cited for harassment
A Lehigh County resident was cited for harassment.
State police at Fogelsville said Joseph Erney, 20, of Germansville, was cited after he allegedly followed Monica Lee Weed, 42, of Cardinal Rd., Kempton, around in public places near her residence in Lynn Township.
