Underage drinker cited in Schuylkill
A 17-year-old male from Frackville was cited for underage drinking following an incident in Schuylkill County.
State police at Frackville said they responed to the Kmart store in the Schuylkill Mall, New Castle Township, about 8:35 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 24, for an incident of underage drinking. Upon arrival mall security had the teen in custody.
He admitted consuming four Smirnoff strawberry malt beverages prior to entering the mall, troopers said.
