Defensively, Anario Thomspon and Travis Williams lead the charge, each with an interception. Williams' interception ended a late charge by the Steelers, allowing the Coal Crackers to run out the clock. Joshua Shilko added a fumble recovery.

The Coal Crackers return home for their final regular season home game against the Burlington County Blackhawks. The game is scheduled for October 2nd at 4 p.m. at the Simon Kramer Institute, 15 Alliance Street in New Philadelphia.
