A citation was issued to Danny Carden, Jr., 19, of 403 Fourth Street, Palmerton, for speeding. The violation occurred on Sept. 24 at 12:15 a.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.

Dorothy Farkas, 45, of 379 S Third Street, Lehighton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on Sept. 15 at 9:21 a.m. on SR248 east.

Citations were issued to Christopher Ahner, 23, of 1449 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, for drivers required to be licensed, speeding and careless driving. The violations occurred on Sept. 1 at 7:10 p.m. on SR248 west.

Arielle Szilezy, 25, of 605 Ore Street, Bowmanstown, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on Sept. 10 at 5:42 p.m. on SR248 east.

Citations were issued to Stacy Miller, 22, of 511 Oak Street, Jim Thorpe, for speeding and driving under suspension. The violations occurred on Sept. 23 at 9:36 p.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.

Nicole Canzoneri, 34, of 633 Lehigh Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on Sept. 24 at 12:15 a.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.

A citation was issued to Shawn Riley, 31, of 105 Broadway, Apt. 2, Jim Thorpe, for speeding. The violation occurred on Sept. 18 at 4:43 p.m. on SR248 east.

Ralph Andrews Jr., 24, of 625 Owl Creek Road, Lehighton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on Sept. 16 at 2:23 p.m. on SR248 east.

A citation was issued to Michael Hlavinka, 50, of 516 N Fenwick Street, Allentown, for speeding. The violation occurred on Sept. 5 at 9:41 a.m. on SR 248 east.

Craig Plotko, 25, of 146 Fifth Street, Slatington, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on Aug. 28 at 11:47 a.m. on SR248 east.

A citation was issued to Eileen Cadigan-Ciccolini, 42, of 5427 Rinker Circle, Doylestown, for speeding. The violation occurred on Aug. 28 at 11:47 a.m. on SR248 east.

Edilio Castro, 49, of P.O. Box 164, Ashfield, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on Sept. 11 at 5:36 p.m. on SR248 east.

Harassment

Jonathan Schaeffer, 19, of 6435 Mountain View Drive, Slatington, was cited for harassment. The violation occurred on Aug. 27 at 8:30 p.m. at Franklin Avenue and Third Street.

A citation was filed against a 16-year-old Palmerton and a 15-year-old Palmerton male for harassment. The 15-year-old was also cited for underage drinking. The violations occurred on Sept. 12 at 5:37 p.m. on Third Street.

Disorderly conduct

Devin Graver, 19, of 403 Kocher Lane, Lehighton, was cited for harassment and disorderly conduct. The violations occurred on Aug. 26 between 7:50 and 8:20 p.m. in the 400 block of Franklin Avenue and the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

A citation was filed against a 15-year-old Palmerton male for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred on Sept. 7 at 3:10 p.m. on Third Street.

Prohibitions

in specified places

Michael Serfass, 37, of 130 Flora Circle, Lehighton, was cited for prohibitions in specified places. The violation occurred on Aug. 19 at 3:38 p.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

Retail theft

A citation was filed against a 15-year-old Palmerton male for retail theft. The violation occurred on Sept. 3 at 1:55 p.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

Curfew

A citation was filed against a 14-year-old Palmerton male for curfew. The violation occurred on Sept. 12 at 2:50 a.m. in the 400 block of Alley E.

Traffic violation

Adam Cebrosky, 22, of 338 Lehigh Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for driving under suspension. The violation occurred on Sept. 8 at 6:19 a.m. in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.

A citation was issued to Thomas Graver, 23, of 3917 Main Street, Slatedale, for stop signs and yield signs. The violation occurred on Sept. 12 at 1:47 a.m. at Franklin Avenue and Mauch Chunk Road.

Ryan Kunkle, 25, of 164 Oak Grove Drive, Lehighton, was cited for obedience to traffic control devices. The violation occurred on Sept. 5 at 4:13 a.m. on SR248 east.

A citation was issued to Daniel Sickonic, 20, of 205 Lehigh Avenue, Palmerton, for careless driving. The violation occurred on Sept. 12 at 11:52 a.m. in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.

Rachel Smith, 23, of 610 Lehigh Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for vehicle entering or crossing a roadway and operation following suspension of registration. The violations occurred on Aug. 19 at 3:38 p.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

A citation was issued to a 17-year-old Palmerton female for obedience to traffic control devices. The violation occurred on Sept. 15 at 8:59 p.m. at Fifth Street and Delaware Avenue.

Vehicle violation

Matthew Petko, 35, of 939 Mauch Chunk Road, Apt. 5, Palmerton, was cited for unauthorized transfer or use of registration, required financial responsibility, expired inspection and expired registration. The violations occurred on Sept. 15 at 7:34 p.m. at Sixth Street and Delaware Avenue. Petko was also cited for expired registration on Sept. 17 at 5"04 p.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.

Matthew Wentz, 35, of 797 Lafayette Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for expired inspection. The violation occurred on Sept. 12 at 9:53 a.m. at Lafayette Avenue and Fifth Street.

A citation was issued to Robert Faria, 39, of 234 E Church Street, Apt. 3N, Slatington, for expired inspection. The violation occurred on Sept. 10 at 5:16 p.m. in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.

Holly Coscio, 42, of 443 1/2 Franklin Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for unauthorized transfer or use of registration, no PA state inspection, and expired registration. The violations occurred on Sept. 21 at 1:02 a.m. in the 500 block of Alley F.

A citation was issued to Jeremy Gothard, 30, of 121 W Broadway, Jim Thorpe, for expired inspection. The violation occurred on Sept. 23 at 10:29 p.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.

Gary Arendt Jr., 25, of 345 Lakeview Drive, Lehighton, was cited for required financial responsibility and operation following suspension of registration. The violations occurred on Sept. 24 at 10:41 a.m. at Delaware Avenue and First Street.

Citations were issued to Keith Rehrig, 50, of 230 E Church Street, Apt. 1, Slatington, for expired inspection and for no emission sticker. The violations occurred on Sept. 12 at 5:09 p.m. at Fourth Street and Franklin Avenue.
