Man charged with violating PFA order
A Schuylkill County man has been charged with violating a protection from abuse (PFA) order.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said Allen Enders, of Pine Grove, was charged with indirect criminal contempt for having contact with his estranged wife, Stephanie Enders, in the parking lot area of the Stop & Rock, in Pine Grove Township. The incident occurred about 4:45 p.m. on Sunday, March 27, troopers said.
Enders was arraigned before District Judge Carol Pankake, of Tremont, and released after posting 10 percent of $5,000 bail.
