Assault incident being probed

State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a reported assault, harassment and disorderly conduct incident that occurred at a Schuylkill County business.

Troopers said the incident occurred at Amigo's Mexican Grill, located in Branch Township.

It was reported on Sunday, April 3, about midnight.

Troopers said John D. Klinger II, 25, of Minersville, became involved in a physical altercation with Jesse R. Spotts, 28, of Schuylkill Haven.

During the altercation Klinger sustained lacerations to his head and sought medical attention.
