Two cited for harassment
Two persons involved in an altercation in Monroe County were cited.
State police at Fern Ridge said Elizabeth Webber, 27, and Bradley Boyinton, 26, both of Effort, were involved in an altercation at 504 Park Drive, Sun Valley, Chestnuthill Township, on March 31, about 4:30 p.m.
During the altercation both pushed each other. Both face harassment counts, troopers said.
