Palisades turns back Palmerton

Casey Rinfret scored two first half goals to give Palmerton the lead, but Palisades came back with three in the second half for a 4-2 Colonial League girls soccer win on Friday.'

In another Colonial League match, Northern Lehigh was shut out by Moravian Academy 5-0.

Rinfret has now scored nine of the 10 goals this season by the Bombers (0-4).

Elissabeth Berdini had a hat trick for the Pirates and Sarah Nolan added a goal.

The Pirates had 17 shots on goal, while the Bombers finished with nine shots on goal.
