Barnesville man refuses DUI testing
A Barnesville man is facing charges stemming from an April 8 incident in Rush Township.
David A. Merenda, 51, was stopped by police at 12:35 a.m. Merenda refused to be tested for driving under the influence (DUI).
He will be charged under the commonwealth DUI refusal laws.
