Two teens charged with retail theft
Rush Township police recently arrested two males for an incident at the Hometown Commons Walmart.
Ricky Burns, 18, of Coaldale, and a 17-year-old male from Bethlehem, allegedly removed $125 worth of DVD's from the store.
Both were cited for retail theft.
