Schuylkill woman facing theft count
A Schuylkill County woman is facing a charge of retail theft.
State police at Frackville said Wanda Bowman, 53, of Schuylkill Haven, was charged following an incident at the Kmart store in the Schuylkill Mall, New Castle Township, that occurred on Monday, April 11, about 9:30 p.m.
Bowman was stopped by store security for allegedly attempting to remove about $90.99 worth of merchandise from the store without paying for it. She was issued a summary citation and released.
