Possession of drug paraphernalia

Criminal charges were filed against Barry Ohl, 33, of 537 Delaware Avenue, Palmerton, for possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred on April 7 at 8:40 p.m. in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Speeding

Richard Krause, 61, of 446B E Bertsch Street, Lansford, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on April 14 at 12:52 p.m. on SR248 east.

A citation was issued to Derrick Rubin, 20, of 1518 Fairyland Road, Lehighton, for speeding. The violation occurred on April 13 at 8:14 p.m. on SR248 west.

Joshua Cheslak, 21, of 425 N Third Street, Lehighton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on April 11 at 1:44 p.m. on SR248 east.

Traffic violation

Willis Bishop, 78, of Weir Mountain Estates, Kunkletown, was cited for stop signs and yield signs. The violation occurred on April 13 at 11:47 a.m. at Sixth Street and Lafayette Avenue.

Vehicle violation

Frank Molenaar Jr., 35, of 4065 Forest Inn Road, Aquashicola, was cited for expired inspection. The violation occurred on April 10 at 11:29 a.m. in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

A citation was filed against Joseph Michael, 21, of 661 Delaware Avenue, Apt. F, Palmerton, for expired registration. The violation occurred on April 6 at 11:05 p.m. at Fifth Street and Delaware Avenue.

Anthony Seo, 27, of 1345 Hazlewood Road, Palmerton, was cited for expired inspection. The violation occurred on April 9 at 10:50 a.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.
