Incident in vehicle leads to arrest

An incident in a vehicle led to a Schuylkill County man being charged.

State police at Frackville said Brian Jacoby, 22, of Orwigsburg, was driving a vehicle in the 500 block of W. Pheasant Run Rd., in East Brunswick Township, about 12:45 p.m. on Wednesday, April 20, with her boyfriend, Samuel Miller, 22, also of Orwigsburg, as a passenger.

The two became involved in a verbal argument. Jacoby pulled to the side of the road at which point Miller allegedly pushed Jacoby multiple times as they were seated in the vehicle. Miller was cited for harassment.
