Auto crash suit

Stephanie Brown, 2569 N. Hollywood St., Philadelphia, filed a civil complaint against Megan Green, Megan Turek-Green and Darnell C. Green, 170 Gower Rd., Albrightsville, over an automobile/pedestrian accident.

The suit states on June 14, 2009, the plaintiff was a pedestrian on a lot at Woodbrook at Lake Harmony when she was allegedly struck by a vehicle operated by Megan Green.

Negligence is alleged for injuries sustained a detailed in the suit. Sought are damages in excess of $50,000 on each of two counts.
