Palmerton Police issue citations

Speeding

William Graver, Jr., 43, of 146 Robrucel Drive, Lehighton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on April 18 at 6:52 a.m. on SR248 east.

A citation was filed against Mark Solt, 41, of 135 Main St., Lehighton, for speeding. The violation occurred on April 19 at 12:48 a.m. on SR248 east.

Keith Smith, 23, of 311 White St., Bowmanstown, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on April 18 at 6:36 a.m. on SR248 east.

A citation was issued to William Hughes, 32, of 729 Main St., Apt. 3, Slatington, for speeding. The violation occurred on April 18 at 8:23 p.m. in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.

Traffic violation

John Zawoiski, Jr., 37, of 126 South St., Lehighton, was cited for traffic control signals. The violation occurred on April 18 at 10:10 p.m. on SR248 east.

Disorderly conduct

Citations for disorderly conduct were filed against Gene Anthony, 46, of 897 W. Edgemont Ave., Gary Anthony, 40, of 897 W. Edgemont Ave., and a 15-year-old Palmerton male. The violations occurred on April 18 at 3 p.m. in the 900 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Vehicle violation

Willis Bishop, 78, of Weir Mountain Estates, Kunkletown, was cited for required financial responsibility. The violation occurred on April 13 at 11:47 a.m. at Sixth Street and Lafayette Avenue.

A citation was filed against Joshua Plocinik, 22, of 143 Chapel Drive, Lehighton, for required financial responsibility. The violation occurred on April 19 at 12:48 a.m. on SR248 east.

Palmerton DUI

Criminal charges were filed against Jodi Klingle, 34, of 3030 Hemlock St., Palmerton, for DUI, driving on roadways laned for traffic and false reports. The incident occurred on April 2 at 3:25 a.m. in the 800 block of Mauch Chunk Road.
