File For Divorce

Joseph M. Marcin, 401 Pine St., Apt. 1, rear, Tamaqua, filed suit for divorce from Amy J. Marcin, 505 Washington St., Tamaqua. They were married Aug. 22, 1987.

Divorces granted

Kindrie M. Chandler was granted a divorce from Charles C. Wright Jr., both of Lancaster. They were married May 27, 2006.

Jody Tobin, Branchdale, Branch Township, was granted a divorce from Patrick Tobin, MInersville. They were married Feb. 20, 1993.

Lucinda J. Palubinski was granted a divorce from Kenneth J. Palubinski, botth of Orwigsburg. They were married May 17, 1980.

Bail hearings

Justin Ryan Green, 24, of 128 Pine View Lane, New Ringgold, had his bail revoked and restored by Judge John E. Domalakes after the court learned Green was admitted to an impatient facility. Green faces drug charges brought by Orwigsburg Patrolman Scott Davis.

Thomas Frederick Moll, 37, of 694 S. Kennedy Drive, McAdoo, is being sought by police as a bench warrant for his arrest was issued by Judge Domalakes after Moll failed to appear at a hearing to revoke his bail. Moll faces charges of theft of an all terrain vehicle filed by McAdoo Patrolman Robert Minnick.

Violate PFA orders

Senior Judge D. Michael Stine found two men guilty of criminal contempt for vioilating protection from abuse PFA) orders issued by the judge.

Christopher M. Schaarschmidt, 30, Frackville, was fined $300 and the court order was extended an additional year. He was accused of sending text messages to the party from whom he was ordered to have no contact.

Kevin J. Sweinhart, 43, Hegins, was fined $300 for having contact by telephone with the party he had been ordered to have no contact.
