Pleasant Valley schools

For any information concerning the Pleasant Valley School District, please visit www.pvbears.org. The school district offices are located on the Route 115 side of the campus, attached to the PV Middle School. The main number to the school is (570) 402-1000.

The August school board meeting will take place at 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug .25 at the district offices. All Pleasant Valley School District residents are encouraged to attend.

Cornerstone Community Church booth

Cornerstone Community Church will be at the West End Fair. Everything in the booth is free, including face painting, games, pictures, balloons, books, plus kids receive a free goody bag.

It is the church's desire, as Christians, to demonstrate the love of Jesus through sharing freely what God has given.

Take a moment at the fair to stop by and visit the Cornerstone Community Church booth, located just across from Gate 2.
