Custody exchange turns physical
A child custody exchange turned physical in Schuylkill County.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said the incident occurred about 5 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 18, at 749 Seltzer Road, in Norwegian Township.
Troopers said Felicia Clark, 24, of Minersville, and Gerald Clark, 34, of the stated address, were involved in the exchange when they got into a verbal argument.
The argument turned physical when Gerald Clark allegedly pushed Felicia Clark out the front door of the home and down the front steps.
She suffered multiple scrapes during the fall down the steps, troopers said.
Gerald Clark was charged with simple assault.
