Lehighton opens its golf season in convincing fashion, cruising to a 20 1/2-3 1/2 victory over Panther Valley. Kipp Henritzy earns medalist honors and a 2-1 decision by shooting a 69 at the par-70 Villas Crossing course. The Indians, coached by Tom Schaeffer, also receive 3-0 wins from Sean Steigerwalt, Nick Smith, Zach Millen and Travis Zimmerman.
