Named to dean's list at Ohio State Univ.

Michael DeMatto Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael DeMatto of Centerville, Ohio, formerly of Summit Hill, has been named to the dean's list for the spring quarter 2011 at Ohio State University.

Michael began his education at Our Lady of the Angels Academy, Lansford, until fifth grade, when he and his family moved to Georgia.

He graduated early from high school in 2010, and is now in his sophomore year, taking graduate classes.

Michael is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Donald DeMatto of Summit Hill; and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Mincavage of Tamaqua.
