Possession of drug paraphernalia

Criminal charges were filed against Scott Heffelfinger, 24, no known address, for receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of automobile, possession of drug paraphernalia, and drivers required to be licensed. The incident occurred on Aug. 16 at 1:19 a.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

Public drunkenness

Troy Bender, 46, of 401 Lehigh Avenue, third floor, Palmerton, was cited for public drunkenness. The violation occurred on Aug. 23 at 4:03 a.m. in the 400 block of Lehigh Avenue.

Alcoholic beverages

Brian Walters, 39, of 431 Locust Road, New Cumberland, and Brian Kromer, 40, of 3980 Forest Inn Road, Aquashicola, were cited for alcoholic beverages, prohibitions. The violations occurred on Aug. 19 at 11:58 p.m. in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.

Retail theft

Monica Oncay, 24, of 2385 Stoney Ridge Road, Palmerton, was cited for retail theft. The violation occurred on Aug. 25 at 3:17 p.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

Harassment

Jonathan Zerby, 19, of 635 Lehigh Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for harassment. The violation occurred on Aug. 25 at 9:44 a.m. in the 600 block of Lehigh Avenue.

A citation was filed against a 15-year-old Palmerton male for harassment. The violation occurred on Aug. 24 at 2:40 p.m. in the 300 block of Lafayette Avenue.

Possession and use of fireworks

Criminal charges were filed against Wayne Smith, Jr., 23, of 717 W Edgemont Avenue, Palmerton, for sale, possession and use of fireworks. The incident occurred on July 4 in the 700 block of Edgemont Avenue.

A juvenile referral was filed against a 13-year-old Palmerton male for recklessly endangering another person and sale, possession and use of fireworks. The incident occurred on Aug. 7 at 3:13 p.m. on Hillside Avenue.

Disorderly conduct

Gregory Boyer, 48, of 2465 Summer Mountain Road, Palmerton, was cited for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred on Aug. 17 at 1:25 a.m. in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Traffic violation

Lindsey Newhard, 25, of 737 Lehigh Street, Palmerton, was cited for traffic control signals. The violation occurred on Aug. 18 at 7:40 p.m. at Third Street and Delaware Avenue.

A citation was filed against Rebekah Shubrick, 20, of 185 Milton Drive, Lehighton, for accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property. The violation occurred on Aug. 23 at 9:55 p.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.

Vehicle violation

Citations were issued to a 17-year-old Palmerton male for driving under suspension and expired registration. The violations occurred on Aug. 15 at 2:17 a.m. in the 900 block of Princeton Avenue.
