Clothing stolen from laundromat

State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating the reported theft of various clothing items from a Schuylkill County laundromat.

Troopers said Jennifer Emerich, of Cressona, reported she had clothing in a washing machine in the Cressona Mall Laundromat, North Manheim Township, and it was taken. The clothing included bath towels, wash cloths, zip-up Areopostle hoody, maroon in color, children school uniforms (dark short sleeve shirts and khaki pants), along with other dark clothes.

The items were taken sometime between 1 and 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 30, troopers said.

Emerich told troopers if the clothing was taken by mistake the person who took them can return them to the laundromat and place the clothing on a table or in a cart and no questions will be asked.
