A son, Zackary John Zelinsky, was born at 12:51 p.m. on Oct. 12, 2011 at St. Luke's Hospital, Allentown, to Marcy and Jay Zelinsky of Palmerton. He weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces and measured 21 inches long.
The new baby was welcomed by an older sister, Alexandria, 15.
Maternal grandparents are Bruce and Gail Connell of Palmerton.
Paternal grandmother is Susan Zelinsky of Palmerton.
