Carbon man facing harassment count

A Carbon County man is facing a charge of harassment following an incident that occurred about 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3, in the Sunrise development in Penn Forest Township.

State police at Lehighton said Scott Sarau, 42, of 45 Blackberry Lane, allegedly shouted at, used obscene language and threatened Terry Billman, 47, of 35 Blackberry Lane, at the time and date stated. He was charged with the summary offense, troopers said.
