Both sides of dispute cited

Both sides of a dispute have been cited.

State police at Frackville said the dispute occurred at the residence of Isabel Miller, of 819A Forest Lane, Forestville, Cass Township, about 6:15-6:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 7.

Troopers said Isabel Miller and Michael D. Miller, 41, of Pine Grove, were involved in a confrontation that became physical. Troopers said both parties were issued citations for harassment.
