Man is charged after altercation
Aaron M. Smith, 22, of Hillsborough, N.J., was arrested by state police at the Lehighton barracks on a charge of harassment after an altercation on Dec. 11 at 7:15 p.m. in Polk Township.
Police said it is alleged he struck Arielle E. Kresge, also 22, of Kunkletown, in the face with his hand, and also pushed her to the ground.
The incident happened at 4 Aspen Road, Pleasant Veiw Lake.
